Maintenance At HydraHealth, we provide expert on-going maintenance by our local committed team. Our qualified technicians will ensure that your unit remains in perfect working order, giving you the peace of mind of continuous clean drinking water. We will track the maintenance of your unit via our service database. Visits include filter change, cleaning and sanitizing and will be conducted as frequently as every 13 weeks, depending on unit type*. We will also provide a same day response for additional/emergency call outs. All call outs are free of charge
Hydra10 Series * Ongoing servicing is conducted every 13 weeks. Hydra5 Series * Ongoing servicing is conducted every 26 weeks. |
